“After looking at the way things are on this earth 🌎, here’s what I’ve decided is the best way to live: Take care of yourself, have a good time, and make the most of whatever job you have for as long as God gives you life. And that’s about it. That’s the human lot.”
Ecclesiastes 5: 19 – 23
I spoiled my self today and bought a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino at Starbucks for $6; I’m trying to find other things that give me peace besides smoking cigarettes. My case manager picked me up from Heritage and we went to a cool discount store, 5 and below, The Spirit of Halloween, and Target. I didn’t buy anything else but seriously I’m trying to cut back on cigarettes.
One way we can make the most of life; is to plan accordingly and always be prepared. My hand is still pretty messed up on the right. I have been taking my antibiotic and my Dr. gave me some iodine but I only have one left.
Just blessed My House Manager wishing her a Happy Juneteenth 🥧 … 🌭 … 🍟 …🥤… Today has been an extremely blessed day 💕 !! I’m mostly Taiwanese & My Grandpa fought in the North Korean War!
Everything happens for a reason! My Father sent me $50… As it’s Friday 💰… My Father also said That we’re going to go out to eat at my favorite restaurant on the 20th! His favorite father is Pop 🥂 PoP Floyd 🍾 @Jin’s by the Target 🎯 I first worked at on Cooper St.
Good Morning; it’s raining 🌧 and storming out here in Texas. Just ate breakfast; of grits and sausage & had a cup of coffee. Yesterday; I went to Bethel Church and had a decent day of sleep.
I try to have a good attitude most of the time; and the weight of the world 🌎 can not sit on one’s individual shoulders. You only give into evil if that’s your choice; after all there was created both evil & good in this world.
You are However; responsible for the maturity and growth you pertain as an individual. That’s what success is measured by… I’m learning that it’s not by simply getting along with everyone but to live in harmony through the good times and the bad.
It’s supposed to be raining for several days; and here in Texas we can always use the rain ☔️. Things aren’t always up to us. I have never known all the reasons or answers; but I do what I can to survive in this life. Praying each day to God; for the rest of eternity.
Today is January 1st 2021; a day to celebrate the Freedom’s of Life. I appreciate history for teaching me what my ancestors have gone through for me to live the life I do today. It’s also the start of Black History Month; and I am thankful for all the house workers that come in and help us.
National Freedom Day is an observance in the United States that honors the signing of a resolution that proposed the 13th amendment of the nation’s constitution on February 1, 1865. Abraham Lincoln, who was the president at the time, signed the resolution to outlaw slavery. This anniversary is annually observed on February 1 . On January 10th 2020 I was arrested from Target & Faced a three month jail sentence. I haven’t always had a clean and well nerdy history. I am doing my best to make amends for my shopping unlawful behavior. I am glad to say today I have been out of Jail for a year and some days. I have been off the streets for 5 months and am looking at ways I can be supportive and not repeat the same mistakes again.
Bible Verses On Freedom
John 8 : 32 “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
Galatians 5 : 1 “For Freedom Christ has set us free from sin; stand firm therefore and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.”
Romans 6 : 18 “And, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of Righteousness.”
1 Peter 2 : 16 ” Live as people who are free, not using your freedom to cover-up for evil, but living as servants of God.”
The Bondage of Sin & Finding True Spiritual Freedom; Fear, rejection, stress, anxiety, guilt, and jealousy can pull us away from God. Physically if you don’t take care of your body it deteriorates and we have diseases, disorders, and don’t forget the rise and fall rates of our Countries Co-Vid19.
I would like to discuss the topic of how trials in my life have lead to better things. Starting in 2005 when I graduated 10th in my graduating class of Deridder, Louisiana. I didn’t need to be so hard on myself that I didn’t get a Scholarship. See, if you want those things you have to work hard to achieve them for yourself. I graduated at the young age of 15 and started working at McDonalds & Casa Ole instead of going to school. Although I had been making good grades; then I started the addiction of hanging out and using drugs. During the middle of the semester of Fall of 2005 we faced “Hurricane Katrina”… & let me state that it really “Messed up the whole place!”
I left the area of Louisiana in 2007 and started to work at Target as a Retail Sales Personnel. Working soft lines and later in 2013; I had my son after working at Wal-Mart and getting on SSDI for Bipolar Disorder.
You just have to be patient; things may not be looking so bright at the time but eventually they will get better. I have learned that not everything is perfect in life and there will be days of bondage and days of freedom. As President Biden has started office on January 20th this year; I am wondering what is going to change and happen to; The Freedoms my Family has worked so hard to protect.
