Making Smart Decisions & Having Priorities In Life

Today I would like to learn about setting priorities and setting out to make smart decisions. As well as covering topics like time management and how to best understand what you stand for. On the 20th President Trump is Inaugurated and with a new President comes new challenges. I know that one of my main priorities shouldn’t be smoking as many cigarettes; but the habit is a strong one.

My word of the year is Family; and I have a great time with mine. So one of my Top Priorities should be Family & Quality Time. I also read my bible this morning and my devotionals. My mom gave me a my sisters Journalism Bible and I want to read it more the more I get to depend on God.

Another word I am using this year to help is Success; I am glad to know that people still have faith in me that I can do good in life. I don’t have to run away or be too hard on myself. Knowing and coming to terms that each day is a victory and life is hard but I am tougher and smarter than I know. Even if that means I am too smart for my own good.

My Morning Routine; I Wake Up About 7AM & Go To Bed About 8:30PM.

First thing I like to do in the morning is wake up and smoke a cigarette with my instant coffee. This is before the help arrives to the house and everyone is up in the morning. For example; I woke up at 6:30AM and did that then I read “Our Daily Bread” and “Too Blessed To Be Stressed” and read my bible passage from Genesis and Matthew. Next I journaled about a page and a half and looked at what I wanted to work on today. Today I need to do research about my mental disorders in order to better understand them. I have Bipolar depression and mania; and have had it since I was 11 years old.

Getting Focused; First there’s my relationship with God the Father; I recently rededicated my life to Christ in November of last year and learning to lean on him in times of trouble. Next is getting the help I need from my insurance and mental health and rehabilitation. Then my relationship with my Family; I want to be supportive and enjoy the good times we share together. Next is my education and learning how to further my career and setting up JF-Designs & hopefully blog for profit. Finally there is my list of goals and things I want to work on in this year.

My Night Time Routine; I am developing one but normally I just shut everything off and go lay in bed. My depression has been really hard for me lately and I am tired at the end of the day. Although; I need to do better at this I am going to come up with and discuss some ideas that can better manage my time before I go to sleep.

Back To The Roots

“Gutten Morgan!”; That’s German for Good Morning! In July I celebrated my 33rd Birthday with my parents at a German restraunt here in Fort Worth named “Little Germany”; and we ate a lot of good food. That was 7 months ago; I was born in Frankfurt – Germany.

My Dad was stationed in Germany When I Was Born & We lived there for three years. I took a German speaking language class. Also my Grandpa fought WWII in Germany.

A lot has happened since then but I love remembering the good times that me and my family share. My Dad is a disabled Veteran in the Army and served in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Bosnia. My whole family line on my Dad’s side served in the Military and we have a strong background dating back to the Civil War times. Although; he and his twin brother were adopted from Taiwan.

My mother told me yesterday that her side could be described as Native American. I find it interesting about the history of my ancestors now that I am getting older. I use to not give a crap and ran away often to stop my depression and anxiety. I am glad to say I have started this year on a better step and ready to face the challenges that come instead of running away. Currently listening to Ted Talks; and learning things that attain to me right now.

I would be interested in learning more about these cultures and have taken Humanities at Texas Wesleyan as well as Productions; I took these college courses in 2016. This week I want to focus on having a good morning routine and I am going to start calling the counselors that me and my case manager for MHMR found last Friday. Learning is more important than money in my opinion since it can never be erased.

Working On My About Me Page Today & Social Media:

I need to be careful what I share with the online world. As I am Bipolar and Manic Depressive. I was born in Germany to a great mother and father who have done their best to help me throughout my life. I currently live in a group home. We just had breakfast; of eggs and sausage and toast. I enjoy creativity and learning and experiencing all life has to offer.

I get hard on myself and need to take things more slowly in life and learn to listen to God and follow my heart to make the right decisions. I have faced times of doubt and have had relapses with drugs and hanging with the wrong crowd. I graduated High School in 2005 from Deridder High School in Louisiana. I started college soon after and went to McNeese State University.

I moved to Arlington, Texas in 2005 and started working at Target. Then I moved on to work at Ross and The Spirit of Halloween. I went to college at Tarrant County and finished most of my basics except for a Science Core Course. I then went to UTA after I had my son and went to study Public Relations and Advertising. I did not graduate but want to further my education. Although I have over 19k in student loans; and am searching for ways to pay it off.

I have two sisters who are about 10 and 8 years younger than I am. I am also blessed with my growing knowledge of how to move further in Communication goals towards the future. Though it’s best to take it one step at a time and not speed up things before God has the time to make them heal.

I moved back into the group home in October of last year to a new house here in Fort Worth. This is the beginning of a new year and things are really coming into place despite all that has been happening and the tragedies in the News.

My Amazon Shipment Arrived

Sitting at the group home table with our Caregiver…
Dad just dropped me off & my Amazon shipment was here. I received it all at once; she said a little after breakfast. It’s about to start snowing even worse is what Dad said. He said educationally I can work on searching for scholarships to go back to school and see what I can do to further my education.

First thing in my shipment I would like to talk about is my Chakra Yoga Mat & working with my Chakra Set. My son’s Pok√©mon card case came also. I’m glad my Dad made it home safely. We should always celebrate the small wins in life.

I ordered this from Amazon for $53 and it’s the second one I’ve ordered. I lost my other one at True Worth here in Arlington when someone stole my backpack.

UnBoxing The Chakra Therapy Box Set & Cleansing My Chakra Stones:

About 3:30PM I opened my box and me and Ms. Kim looked what was inside. The silk bag full of the stones and gemstones, the guide, rose petals, an Amethyst large crystal, and the Chakra Bracelet. My large Amazon shipment came with the Chakra Blanket that I bought for $14.

I lay them all on the table as diagramed on the guide. I have taken Geography twice but I have never succeeded in passing so this will be beneficial to me. As I learn to enjoy the way this works for myself and really learning the Chakras.

Cleansing & My Why: Everyone who has handled my Chakra stones has left their footprint on these and they need to be cleansed thoroughly as yours will be when you get them. They have other people’s energy on them. Think of your stones as a car and they need to be maintained.

Sunday Morning Blog Starting

I woke up at 6:30AM before everyone in the house has. I’m making coffee right now and I am having some problems with WordPress. I decided to go with a personal plan after making the purchase for the domain so I’m working on receiving some money back from the company. Used my heart rate monitor or also known as blood pressure machine.

I want to make a nice layout on my site and have a good successful blog. Ms. Charnel the owner of Cave Care Group Home where I stay in is the one who said I should start blogging again and my Dad said it would be a good Idea. I don’t know what my niche is going to be or my target audience will be but these are things I will work on this week when I go back to my house.

It’s now 8AM and we just got up; It’s amazing how much little kids know about technology; as well as bad words. My son is learning to read and he is very smart. I visit him on the weekends at my parents house. He’s in first grade and I love him very much.

Blogs are very popular and today I am starting my blogging journey. I have my Pinterest board of blogging and am using the tips I use from other bloggers. To start with I have had many blogs in the past; I started blogging about the age of 12. I have always been interested in my love for writing and although college was hard for me I love learning new stuff everyday.

The topics I want to blog about include self-help, anxiety, depression, growing in your faith with God, becoming a better version of yourself. I want to gear my blog towards entrepreneur start up and using what education I do have to help my readers.

9AM it has started snowing in Texas & drinking a good cup of coffee! This weekend with my family has been a big blessing and having them here for me has really helped. It’s supposed to rain and snow all day.

My New Laptop From Target

I’ve already spent most of my Stimulus Check; this week we received the $600 check. I spent $225 for this nice HP laptop and I have a desk coming this Friday on my Dad’s Birthday. Currently I’m at my parents house and we are watching Daily Bumps on the big TV in the living room. I just bought this domain and am using free WordPress.

I love spending time with my family and today we ate at Toy Chinese and had Chinese food at the restaurant here in Arlington called Golden Buffet. This is my first entry and first time getting on a computer in over a year or more.

Had a blessed Christmas, my son’s Birthday, and New Years for 2021. Celebrating with Family and Friends is such a blessing in everyday life. We should always celebrate the little wins in life. For example I have been sober since October when I chose to move back to Ms. Charnel’s Cave Care group home. I have been getting help with MHMR (Mental Health and Mental Rehabilitation).
